Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
How to Cancel:
To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team at customercare@rejoicecelebration.com or call 9899189950 as soon as possible.
Successful Cancellations
If the cancellation request is received within the allowed timeframe, and the order has not been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Ineligible for Cancellation
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. In such cases, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.
Changes to Orders:
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. This includes changes to product quantities, shipping addresses, or any other order details.
Refund Processing
If the order is successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
